I don’t get the “lost/won” deal… also no defaulting to In-Progress is a real disappointment on accounts. Please change back to the way it was. Why try and fix something that wasn’t broken! Just my opinion.

We have 2 types of Accounts, Limited (Free) and Full (Paid, $15 /month per User). The integration is available to all Full Account holders.
